SMS Terms
SMS Terms & Conditions
The plain-English terms for text messages from Prodigy Plumbing.
Effective July 23, 2026 · Prodigy Plumbing LLC, 71 Preston Circle, Brighton, TN 38011
Program description
When you give Prodigy Plumbing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages related to your service — appointment and dispatch confirmations, arrival updates, reminders, invoices, replies to messages you send us, missed-call follow-ups, and occasional post-service review requests. These are customer-care and account-notification messages, not mass marketing.
How you opt in
You provide your mobile number and consent to be contacted by text when you request service, schedule a job, fill out the contact form at prodigy.plumbing, or give your number to our team by phone or in person. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity — for example, when you have an appointment scheduled, a technician on the way, or a recently completed job.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Prodigy Plumbing does not charge for the texts, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation that you've been opted out, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in by replying START.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (901) 699-7763. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Privacy
