New Construction Plumbing
Underground through trim-out on production, spec, and custom homes — sequenced against your build calendar and staged so the lot is ready when the inspector pulls up.
New construction is a scheduling job as much as a plumbing job. The underground has to be in and tested before the pour, the rough-in has to clear before drywall, and the trim lands in a narrow window before the walkthrough. Miss one and the delay belongs to every trade behind you.
So that's what we build around. We take your dates, work backward, and confirm the window in writing. If a date moves — yours or ours — you hear about it while there's still time to reshuffle. The plumbing itself should be unremarkable: run to plan, tested, and left in a condition an inspector can read at a glance.
Underground & site plumbing
Sewer and water laterals, tie-ins, and under-slab DWV set to plan and tested before the pour. Excavation is in-house, so the trench and the pipe in it are one contractor's responsibility.
Rough-in
Supply and DWV run through the framing to plan, tested, and staged for inspection. We coordinate with the framer and the other trades so nobody fights the same cavity twice.
Top-out
Vents through the roof, valves set, system closed out and held under test before drywall. Last easy chance to catch anything, so it gets treated that way.
Trim-out & set
Fixtures, faucets, water heater, and appliance connections set and tested at finish, scheduled tight to your walkthrough date.
Inspection & punch
We stage for the inspection you're actually getting and handle punch without a second round of phone calls. The target is one inspection per phase.
Septic on unsewered lots
Installation and repair for lots outside a sewer district, common across Tipton County. Same crew as the interior plumbing.
Working together
Scheduling across multiple lots
Production work is repetitive by design, and that's the advantage. Once a crew has run a plan, the second lot goes faster and cleaner than the first.
We schedule lots in sequence rather than treating each as a fresh job, and every visit lands in dispatch with a date, a crew, and a record tied to the address. Which lots are roughed and which are waiting on you is a two-minute answer. Capacity is finite — tell us how many lots and what window, and you'll get a real answer up front.
Working together
Passing inspection the first time
A failed inspection is a scheduling problem, not a plumbing problem — a re-inspection fee, a few days of calendar, and the good will of every trade stacked behind you.
So we stage for it: tests held and visible, work run to plan instead of to whatever was fastest, access left clear. When there's a question about how a local inspector reads a detail, we ask before we build it — practice differs between Tennessee and Mississippi jurisdictions.
Working together
Custom homes and owner-builders
Not every new build is a subdivision. We take individual custom homes, including jobs where the homeowner is their own general contractor, and can carry the system from the ground up — underground, septic, rough-in, top-out, trim, plus HVAC and a generator if they're in the plan.

Questions builders actually ask
How much lead time do you need for a rough-in?
It depends on what's already on the calendar that week. Call with your dates and you'll get a real answer instead of a hedge — if we can't hit your window, we'd rather say so early than slip the lot.
Do you handle the septic if the lot isn't on sewer?
Yes. Septic installation and repair is in-house, along with excavation of any type. On an unsewered lot that's one contractor for the trenching, the system, and the interior plumbing.
Can you do the HVAC on the same build?
Yes. We're licensed for mechanical work in Tennessee under the same contractor license and install full HVAC on new construction, plus Generac standby generators when they're in the plan.
What happens if something comes back after the house closes?
We come back and make it right. Work is documented by address — what was installed, what was tested, and when — so a warranty question doesn't become a debate about what happened months ago.
